Abstract
Congenital hypofibrinogenemia is a rare condition. We believe that cardiac surgery using cardiopulmonary bypass in a patient with congenital hypofibrinogenemia has not been reported before. We discuss the management in a patient with this condition who successfully underwent an aortic valve replacement and coronary artery bypass grafting.Entities:
