Abstract
A 78-year-old man with gastric diffuse large B cell lymphoma presented with persistent Helicobacter canis bacteremia while receiving chemotherapy. An examination of his medical history revealed a close exposure to dogs. The patient recovered after 4 weeks of antibiotic therapy. Immunocompromised persons who maintain close contacts with dogs maybe at risk for this infection.Entities:
