Abstract
As patient expectation is rising, surgery is being considered more frequently for Achilles tendinopathy. Traditional open interventions have a significant morbidity, rising interest in less invasive techniques. This review discusses some of the current concepts and controversies in the management and pathology of tendinopathy of the Achilles tendon.Entities:
