Abstract
Obesity leads to tissue inflammation and insulin resistance, which are features of metabolic diseases such as type 2 diabetes. Chiang et al. (2009) now show that the IkappaB kinase IKKepsilon is an important link between obesity and inflammation and may be a new therapeutic target for treating obesity-related metabolic diseases.Entities:
