Abstract
We report a patient that developed an aneurysm on a grafted saphenous vein following an extracranial-intracranial (EC-IC) bypass. Although saphenous vein graft aneurysms (SVGAs) have been described as a rare complication following coronary surgery, we are unaware of any previously reported cases of SVGAs following EC-IC bypass.Entities:
