Abstract
Metastases to the thyroid gland represent a rare event. Malignancies that most frequently metastasize to the thyroid vary between clinical and autopsy studies and by geographic area. In Western countries, renal carcinoma has been recorded as a frequent source of thyroid metastases. We report the case of a 66-year-old man with a thyroid metastasis from clear cell renal carcinoma and discuss its clinical, pathological and imaging features.Entities:
