INTERVENTION(S): The patient underwent serial transvaginal ultrasound examinations with Doppler flow studies, followed by a laparoscopically assisted operative hysteroscopy for evacuating the cesarean scar ectopic pregnancy. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURE(S): Conservation of the uterus, fertility preservation. RESULT(S): Successful conservative surgical treatment of cesarean section scar ectopic pregnancy.
