Abstract

Two different protocols to thaw cryopreserved human ovarian cortex have been evaluated using a histological analysis. The slower one, based on a progressive dilution of cryoprotectants, seems to maintain an optimal follicle morphology. Copyright 2010 American Society for Reproductive Medicine.
