Abstract
The viability of variola virus in crusts under different conditions of temperature and relative humidity was studied for 16 weeks. At the ambient temperature of 25.8-26.4 degrees C and 85-90% relative humidity, the virus survived only 8 weeks but at lower temperatures and relative humidities the survival time was considerably prolonged.Entities:
