Abstract
Increased osteoclastic bone resorption plays a central role in the pathogenesis of many bone diseases. Ganoderma lucidum is known for medicinal effects such as anti-inflammatory and anti-bone resorption activities. In this study, we investigated the inhibitory effects of ganoderic acids isolated from G. lucidum on osteoclastic differentiation using RAW264 cells in vitro.
