Abstract
The authors, in reaffirming the high incidence of the mucin-producing type of colo-rectal adenocarcinoma in young patients, underline the considerable aggressiveness of this tumor. After a brief note on the etiopathogenetic hypothesis which could explain such behavior, the factors usually contributing to a worsening of the prognosis are reviewed. Thus, the Authors report their series and conclude affirming as indispensable to arrive to an early diagnosis.Entities:
