Abstract
A case of "spontaneous" spinal epidural hematoma diagnosed by MRI confirms the accuracy of the procedure in establishing the nature of the lesion, in delineating its topography and its effects on the spinal cord. MRI, when available, should be regarded as a primary method of investigation.Entities:
