Abstract
A case of Fisher's syndrome in association with human immunodeficiency virus-1 infection is described. Although Guillain-Barré syndrome is frequently observed in HIV-1 infection, Fisher's syndrome in association with HIV-1 infection has, to our knowledge, never been described. We propose to test patients presenting with Fisher's syndrome and CSF pleocytosis for HIV-1 infection.Entities:
