Abstract

Isotopically labelled, (13)C/(15)N from of recombinant subunit of the first R-module from alginate C5-epimerase 6 (AlgE6R1) from Azotobacter vinelandii mannuronan C5-epimerase was produced. We report here the (1)H, (15)N, (13)C resonance assignment of this subunit from AlgE6 epimerase.
