Abstract
Pediatric intravenous infiltration injuries are relatively common, and pediatric compartment syndrome is relatively rare. We have reviewed the causes, means of diagnosis, and treatment of compartment syndrome. Neonatal compartment syndrome is distinguished from intravenous infiltration injuries in the neonate by its associated skin lesions and requires prompt decompression.Entities:
