Abstract
5-Fluorouracil (5-FU) is a chemotherapeutic agent commonly used in a number of solid malignancies, including colorectal cancer. Herein, we report the first case of 5-FU-induced psychosis. Psychosis occurred after the first 2 cycles of 5-FU, oxaliplatin, leucovorin, plus bevacizumab and recurred upon rechallenge with further 5-FU and leucovorin.Entities:
