Isolation and identification of genes differentially expressed in premature luteinization granulosa cell during controlled ovarian hyperstimulation.

Abstract

By using suppression subtractive hybridization and macroarray, we identified genes differentially expressed in premature luteinization granulosa cells (GC). The results of this study will contribute to a better understanding of the molecular basis of premature luteinization.
