Abstract
The widely used minimally invasive tension-free vaginal tape for stress urinary incontinence has been associated with the complication of intra-vesical tape erosion and unrecognised intra-operative bladder perforation. Although rare, it represents a surgical challenge due to its proximity to the bladder mucosa and also encrustation of the tape. We describe a minimally invasive technique for the effective removal of the encrusted tape.Entities:
