Malignancy following ureterosigmoidostomy in patients with exstrophy.

Abstract

Forty-two patients with exstrophy underwent a urothelial colonic anastomosis. Eight developed a tumour at the ureterocolic anastomosis and in another two patients a malignant lesion occurred in the bladder remnant.
