Abstract
A paratrooper presents after a parachuting accident with the inability to urinate. Initial emergency bedside ultrasound, followed by confirmatory abdominal CT, is carried out and demonstrates an intraperitoneal bladder rupture. The patient is taken to the operating room and a 3-layer closure with omental buttressing is carried out.Entities:
