Abstract
A 27-year-old female patient reported a variable but unsatisfactory visual acuity which had persisted for several years. The patient had been dependent on dialysis from the age of 14 years old and from then on also needed a hearing aid. A kidney had been transplanted 5 years ago. The diagnosis was anterior lenticonus due to Alport syndrome.Entities:
