Abstract
Two cases of parietal cell carcinoma are reported and compared with seven cases previously described. Eight of nine patients have been male. The tumours grow mainly outside the mucosa and can macro- and microscopically be misinterpreted as leiomyoblastomas or lymphomas. The survival, also with metastases, is long. The proper diagnosis requires ultrastructural investigation.Entities:
