Abstract
Supraventricular tachycardia (SVT) with ventriculoatrial (VA) block. We report the case of a 25-year-old patient with paroxysmal SVT and intermittent VA block. Atrioventricular nodal re-entrant tachycardia with upper common pathway block and orthodromic nodoventricular or nodofascicular re-entrant tachycardia was considered in the differential diagnosis. Diagnostic characteristics were most compatible with non-re-entrant junctional tachycardia. The arrhythmia was cured by ablation at the right atrial posterior septum.Entities:
