Abstract
We report a patient who presented with an association between propylthiouracil treatment and recurrent episodes of an adult respiratory distress-like syndrome (ARDS). The bouts of ARDS were associated with a generalized reaction suggestive of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), responsive to corticosteroid therapy.Entities:
