Abstract
A 17-year-old patient suffering from Crohn disease (CD) and liver cirrhosis is presented. At an advanced stage of the disease, he died of a concomitant urosepsis. Autopsy showed that the liver cirrhosis was caused by sclerosing cholangitis. This very rare complication of CD in adolescence is discussed.Entities:
