Abstract
Jaccoud's arthropathy is a syndrome of chronic progressive painless deformity of the hands and feet with surprisingly well-preserved functions. Although it is most frequently seen in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus, an association with other diseases has occasionally been described. A patient with long-standing psoriasis arthritis is presented in this report who developed an arthropathy with the clinical and radiologic finding indistinguishable from that of the Jaccoud's arthropathy. In patients with long-standing psoriasis arthritis, the disease may be associated with Jaccoud's arthropathy.Entities:
