Abstract
Nongestational ovarian choriocarcinoma (NGCO) is a rare form of malignancy, which is difficult to diagnose. We present a case of a 10-year-old girl diagnosed with pure nongestational ovarian choriocarcinoma. This patient responded well to conservative surgery and cisplatin-based regimen chemotherapy. Approximately 38 authenticated cases of NGCO have been reported in the English published work to date in the world. We report here the clinical features, differential diagnosis, appropriate management and outcome of our case, together with analysis of the reported cases in the published work.Entities:
