Abstract
It has been hypothesized that the circadian pacemaker plays a role in major depressive disorder (MDD). We sought to determine if misalignment between the timing of sleep and the pacemaker correlated with symptom severity in MDD. Depression severity correlated with circadian misalignment: the more delayed, the more severe the symptoms.Entities:
