Abstract
Eight hundred ninety-three sibling embryos from 80 IVF cycles were cultured side by side in either: 1) a single medium continuously, without medium renewal on day 3; or 2) sequential media. There were no significant differences between the two culture media systems regarding embryo quality or the proportion of embryos selected for transfer on day 3 from either media; however, for day 5 embryo transfer, a greater number of blastocysts were available, and were selected for transfer, from the continuous single medium culture compared with sequential media culture.Entities:
