| Subgroup | Items | Scores |
| Mobility I | Ankle dorsal extension | Item level:0,1,2,3 and 4 |
| Mobility II | Length of toe flexors: | Item: 0, 2 and 4. |
| Muscle function | Strength of foot eversion: | Item: 0, 2 and 4. |
| Morphology | Tibial torsion, | Item: 0, 2 and 4. |
| Motion quality I | Walking | Item: 0, 1, 2, 3 and 4. |
| Motion quality II | One-leg balance | Item: 0, 1, 2, 3 and 4. |
0 = cannot/++ poor, 1 = very deviant/+ poor, 2 = deviant/poor, 3 = slightly deviant/± poor and 4 = within normal.
Completed with questions about experience of stiffness, pain, shoe problems, participation in sports, problems with keeping up with peers or other specific problems in daily life.
