Abstract
The silencing of genes by RNA interference (RNAi) has identified proteins involved in the resistance of cancers to chemotherapeutic drugs. Resistance is associated with defects in the apoptotic signaling pathways. In this article, we examine using RNAi to target the anti-apoptotic protein cellular FLICE-like inhibitory protein (c-FLIP) for drug development.Entities:
