Abstract
Clinical teachers and educational supervisors work with a range of students and trainees on different programmes. Learners from diverse backgrounds have different learning needs which can be difficult to assess. Teachers who pay attention to individual learners' needs will help learners get the most from their training. This can be enhanced through the use of tools such as professional development plans and formal assessments.Mesh:
