Abstract
In neonatal rat metatarsal organ culture, a bell-shaped dose-related curve in length of mineralized area, increases in the height of proliferative and hypertrophic zones, in the number of hypertrophic chondrocyte and in the amount of Runx2 mRNA, were revealed after treatment with OGP(10-14). We conclude that OGP(10-14) accelerates bone growth.Entities:
