Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To establish the fingerprint of Radix Curcumae by HPLC. METHODS: Chromatographic column: Welchrom-C18 (250 mm x 4.6 mm, 5 microm), mobile phase: acetontrile and water, gradient elution, flow rate: 1.0 mL/min, column temperature: 35 degrees C, detection wavelength: 244 nm. RESULTS: We established the HPLC fingerprint common mode, and compared Rhizoma Curcumae from different habitats. CONCLUSION: Each component of Radix Curcumae is isolated well in this fingerprint.
