Abstract
Cogan's syndrome is a rare autoimmune disorder characterized by systemic vasculitis as well as eye and ear inflammation. A 33-year-old G1 P0 with Cogan's syndrome experienced an uneventful pregnancy while being treated with hydroxychloroquine and prednisone. In the absence of systemic vasculitis, Cogan's syndrome may be associated with favorable pregnancy outcome.Entities:
