Abstract
Biomarkers are of crucial importance in optimizing cancer therapies. In this edition of Clinical Cancer Research, Bañuelos and colleagues assess H2AX phosphorylation as a predictive biomarker of response to DNA damaging agents. We discuss these results as well as the impact that double strand break repair biomarkers may have in cancer therapy.Entities:
