Abstract
The paracondylar process is a rare congenital abnormality of the craniocervical junction that has been identified as a causative agent for severe headache, neck pain, and restricted head movement. Although conservative treatment is usually sufficient, the authors report the case of a symptomatic paracondylar process in a young patient who required surgical intervention.Entities:
