Abstract
A case was reviewed of a 52-year-old woman who underwent vitallium-mold arthroplasty of the right knee in 1958. After more than 30 years her Hospital for Special Surgery knee score continued to show an excellent rating. The anatomic-designed implant, made of cobalt-chrome material and inserted cementless, appears to have withstood the test of time in the knee.Entities:
