Abstract
Legionella feeleii is a rare cause of community-acquired pneumonia that occurs in immunocompromised hosts who are often receiving corticosteroid therapy. We report a 69-year-old man who underwent bone marrow transplantation and developed pneumonia due to L. feeleii, and review the clinical characteristics of 7 cases of L. feeleii infection reported in the literature.Entities:
