Abstract
We report the first use of a commonly used ELISA colorimetric substrate as a SERRS marker and show how it can be used for the detection of pg ml(-1) levels of human prostate specific antigen (PSA) in clinical samples. The technique is amenable over a wide range of concentrations and lends itself to future multiplexing analysis.Entities:
