Abstract
We successfully transplanted two free posterior interosseous artery perforator flaps that had been harvested simultaneously from a single posterior interosseous artery system to the index and middle fingers of a 19-year-old man. Our case suggests that multiple free perforator flaps can be prepared from a single posterior interosseous artery system.Entities:
