Abstract
Congenital epulis of newborn is a rare benign tumor that is also known as a congenital granular cell tumor. The objective of this article was to describe and discuss the case of a newborn girl with a pedunculated mass in the left anterior maxillary alveolar margin diagnosed as congenital epulis. Conservative treatment was adopted and the lesion spontaneously regressed.Entities:
