Abstract
Two cases of polygraphically defined central sleep apnea were successfully treated with the tongue retaining device, an oral prosthesis designed to reduce hypopharyngeal obstruction. The tongue retaining device may be an alternative to CPAP in the treatment of some cases of central sleep apnea.Entities:
