Dengue vaccines: a new hope?

Abstract

Dengue infection is an important arboviral infection that has become a public health concern. Dengue vaccination is the expected primary prevention for this infection. However, dengue vaccine is not presently available. In this article, the author discusses and comments on the problem, hope and present status in dengue vaccine development.
