Abstract
The author's study demonstrates that application of EMLA cream to treatment sites significantly reduces needle pain during Botox administration. Twenty patients receiving 200 Botox injections in the glabellar area experienced a 60% reduction in pain in EMLA-pretreated sites compared with that in matched control sites.Entities:
