Periareolar mastopexy: double skin technique with mesh support.

Abstract

In the author's view, the double-skin technique for reduction mammaplasty and mastopexy, incorporating mesh as support, results in improved anterior projection and reduces scars without increasing morbidity or interfering with mammography.
