Combining blepharoplasty with upper eyelid ptosis correction.

Abstract

The author recommends performing upper eyelid ptosis correction at the same time as blepharoplasty. He presents the most commonly used surgical techniques, levator aponeurosis plication and levator aponeurosis reinsertion.
