Abstract
We report here a case of coronary artery disease in a patient with Dubowitz syndrome. A 19-year-old man suffered from recurrent angina after an anterior wall myocardial infarction. Coronary angiogram demonstrated severe stenoses of the left main and obtuse marginal vessels, as well as occlusion of the left anterior descending artery. The patient was successfully treated with coronary artery bypass graft surgery.Entities:
