Abstract
Conjoined twins are uncommon and refer to monozygotic, monoamniotic and monochorionic twins with varying degree and sites of fusion between the twins. In this report, we illustrate a case of thoracopagus twins highlighting the prenatal sonographic and magnetic resonance imaging appearance. Emphasis is laid on the role of appropriate imaging strategy in prognostic assessment and postnatal surgical treatment planning of these cases.Mesh:
