Abstract
A 26-year-old woman referred with bilateral ptosis was diagnosed to have underlying chronic progressive external ophthalmoplegia. The authors report satisfactory result at 18-month follow-up with palmaris longus tendon used as an autologous sling material for ptosis surgery in this patient.Entities:
